Zbigniew Zuk
Zbigniew Zuk graduated from the Academy of Music, in the class of Prof. E Golnik in Lodz. In 1976 he won 2nd prize at the International Horn Competition in Pabianice (Poland). He was 1st Horn player in the Lodz Philharmonic Orchestra, Polish Chamber Orchestra and Warsaw Chamber Opera. Since the end of 1982 he has held the position of 1st Solo Horn in City of Bremerhaven Orchestra. He has also made frequent solo appearances since 1978 in Poland, Germany, Holland and U.S.A. with the Masterplayers Chamber Orchestra, Polish Chamber Orchestra, Baltic Virtuosi, Mozart Orchestra Hamburg, Leopoldinum Orchestra and other ensembles.

Brahms Piano Trio is one of the most accomplished works of the great German Romantic composer. The first movement carries no less than 4 different themes…the second movement consists of one simple theme but it is immediately followed by five variations alternating between A minor and A major. The finale ends in an impressive and extensive coda.
Dvorak - Dumky - Trio for piano, violin and cello Op 90
Dumka is a type of Slavonic folk ballad, Ukrainian in origin in which elegiac and fast tempi alternate. Dumky is the nickname for this trio which comprise 6 dumka movements.
