How does D I Music use my information?
D I Music's primary goal in collecting personal information is to provide you with personalized services, interactive communications and online shopping.

Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, D I Music cannot ensure or warrant the security or services, and you impart it at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we make our best effort to ensure its security on our systems.

Return Policy
You may return any part of an order within 30 days of receipt*. Please indicate the reason for your return, and be sure to include the original order date. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
Please allow up to 3 weeks after a returned item is received for processing. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund.
D I Music reserves the right to research all returns and problems with orders. Repeated returns and excessive damage to product may or may not be credited or replaced.

We recommend that you get a posting receipt when you mail your return. We are not responsible for lost returns. If you have additional questions please contact us by email.
If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, please return it and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund. We will credit cost for return shipping BY STANDARD NATIONAL MAIL SERVICE ONLY if we have sent you a product in error or if it is defective. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling fees for replacement shipments.
If a CD case arrives cracked or damaged, please contact us. Our customer service office will be happy to mail you a replacement case.
